All our beef and lamb is usually available to buy as individual cuts as well, subject to availability.  As it is a seasonal product- 'fattened up' on grass over the summer months, it will sometimes be frozen.  The beef is matured on the bone for at least 21 days for superb flavour and tenderness, before it is packed and labelled.  Most cuts are in 500g packs such as mince and stewing steak, and joints come in various sizes.  Please send us an email on info@naturalbranscombe.co.uk or call 01297 680352 if you'd like to order individual cuts. New! Half a pure grass-fed lamb from our Wiltshire Horn X Welsh Mountain Sheep. 6-8 kg, at £9.50 per kg, you will be charged by the exact weight. Comes butchered and vaccuum packed. Hogget and mutton also available at times, please enquire.
